Detach from the project and re-attach.If you click on "Your account" on the Project tab on the newly attached computer, does the User ID there match the one above? I've no idea how it can be attached to the project without having an account- but that would be why your user name and Credits don't show up. You've attached to the project, but not using you existing account. Grant Darwin NT |

Probably need to "unhide" your computers before we have even a chance of helping. Computers hidden is the default. You unhide it on the website. Proud member of the O.F.A. (Old Farts Association) |

A lot of errors...Most likely a combination of a problem with the application's error handling- it's crashing instead of exiting gracefully - and the data from the Task- a value isn't being initialised, or it's being initialised with a value outside of the range that the application can handle. End result- crash and burn. Grant Darwin NT |

It's the end of July, Universities are closed, people goes on vacation, maybe someone of the Rosetta team is preparing for RosettCon 2025 I thought wrong |

My systems currently only run Rosetta and WCG for CPU tasks. Rosetta hasn't had new tasks in a while, and WCG had some sort of server migration that is experiencing issues, apparently. Are there any other health/disease-related projects, or at least science-related, that are more suited for CPU computing? I seriously use these computers to heat rooms sometimes. It has the heat coming on less, and contributes to science as winter comes around. |

Hi Matthew, I'm running Folding at Home on 2 of my PCs (NVidia RTX 5050, 5060). F@H will also run on CPUs. I also have Dennis@Home but it's not been running for over a month. - Ian |

Rosetta us no longer providing work for Windows computers, Amicable is providing work, but makes it difficult to let it use 100% of the CPU; |

Rosetta us no longer providing work for Windows computers,There is still work being provided for all supported systems, however the amounts are miniscule, with long periods between batches. Grant Darwin NT |

It's probably the most redundant thing I've ever mentioned, but the front page Server Status section seems to be not working... ![]() ![]() |

Rosetta is no longer providing work for Windows computers, Then why my attempts to get Rosetta work on my two Windows computers have received none in at least a month? Amicable is providing work, but makes it difficult to let it use LESS THAN 100% of the CPU. |

Does anyone have a guestimate as to when tasks might start flowing? ![]() |

Then why my attempts to get Rosetta work on my two Windows computers have received none in at least a month?Did you actually read what i posted? Miniscule amounts of work with large gaps between batches. If your system doesn't request work while it is available, then you won't get any. Since there isn't a lot being released, and there are large gaps between releases, it means that you have a window of an hour (or less) to get work- when it is available, before it's gone. You won't get any work if there is none when you request it, and if you don't request it when there is work, you still won't get any. It is that way for all computers, not just Windows systems. And that is all assuming you have done the hacks in your Hosts file to overcome the IPv6 DNS issues and the download server issues and probably other issues i've forgotten about since they have been around for so long now because there is absolutely no active work by the Project to fix their server problems. Does anyone have a guestimate as to when tasks might start flowing?Whenever a researcher gets around to releasing some. Grant Darwin NT |
