I don´t know how to get started. I installed BOINC and got an academic licence, but I can´t understand how to start working with rosetta...How can I submitt a work? |

You are confusing two different things. One is Rosetta@home, which is a distributed computing project using BOINC. The other is the Rosetta software for protein structure prediction, which you have the license to. With the Rosetta software, you will be providing your own computing resources (unless perhaps you are able to use "Robetta" the automated server). You will need to follow the instructions for getting support for your academic license, it is not supported here on the Rosetta@home message boards. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |

You just install the BOINC Client, then attach to Rosetta entering your existing EMail address and password (the one that you used to log on to the message boards). But you won't be able to submit your own proteins for study. It will download the ones being studied by the UW BakerLab from the project servers. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
