I received an E-mail with the following url:

An account key was included with the url, however I didn't get far enough along in the activation process to enter it.

If you can help, I would appreciate it.

Joing a team, unless you want to accept the team leader's configuration parameters is not necessary to do anything but search for the team and click join.

If you click on my name link to the left, you will see my account data, click on the team name, then you can see the link most of the way to the bottom that says "Join" ... click it and you are in my team.

To join your team, search for the team name on the team page and use the join link ... you can get to the search page from your accunt page where it says join team ...

Did a proxy message pop up ?

If so and your not using the current BOINC release 5.2.13 for windows, try that version.

Also check no Firewalls are blocking both BoincManager (Boincmgr.exe) and boinc.exe

Also it probabl a good idea to goto you account and create a password instead of using the account-key
