While looking over the results of the last day or so one thing jumped out at me, but I am not sure I understand what it means. The vast majority of the work units passing through my system have 1 starting structure, run for about the expected time, generate a number of decoys, and result in about the expected granted credit (+/- 15%) However, I have noticed a number of models which have a different signature. They all start out with structure count greater than one, run long, generate a decoy count equal to the number of starting structures, and generally don't do as well on credit. Examples: 347700025 347574395 347757819 347433446 Would anyone like to try to explain to an old man what the significance of the starting structure count is and why tasks with a starting structure count greater than 1 tend to run long (by hours, not minutes) Thanks |
