I suspended all my projects for about 8 minutes and when I resumed them, a Rosetta work unit went from 33% to 100%. It now says it's ready to report.

What happened? I'd hate to think I sent an incomplete work unit.

Hi David

It's probably due to the way Rosetta Work Units are created and isn't a problem. Each Rosetta WU can contain many completed decoys (or models) - basically as many as your computer can fit into your time preference for each WU (default is 8hrs I think?). If Rosetta calculated that it probably wouldn't manage to process another decoy within the time limit then it would report that WU as complete to BOINC, hence the jump from 33% to 100%. The models within the WU will all still be valid though.
