All my 4 quad boxes have same preference. I do not know if it is a fault of the computer. To check this error, I attach World Community Grid project, immediately the computer receive lots of work unit. Now it is running 4 wu from WCG, but no work downloaded from Rosetta. Can any one help me with this problem. Thanks a lot for your help. My particular box has Asus M3N78-VM socket AM2+ cpu= AMD Phenom4x 9750, OS=Windows 7 prof, w/ 3gb of ram. Thanks, joseps I turned off my 5computers when I went on vacation. When I return today, I can not upload work. Need work units to run computers. joseps |

One of quad box running Win 7 prof. receive this message: It is saying you do not have enough hard drive space allotted to Boinc and Rosetta needs more. This is changeable under Your Account, Computing Preferences and then the section on Disk and Memory Usage. It can be any of the 3 top settings that is causing the problem. "Use at most 100 GB disk space Leave at least (Values smaller than 0.001 are ignored) 0.001 GB disk space free Use at most 50% of total disk space" Those are my settings and yours should be different. Change them and see if it doesn't fix the problem. |

Right, it is saying that BOINC is not allowed to use enough disk space. Not that you don't have enough disk available. And disk space is allocated to each of your projects within BOINC as well to some degree, so adding WCG may have actually reduced the amount available for Rosetta. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
