Hello every body. I have a few WU Rosetta completed. The results have been sent and the WU are ready for validation but no way to validate them. When i try, i get the following message : 04/12/2008 18:14:03|rosetta@home|Message from server: Server error: can't attach shared memory Does anybody have an idea about what happen ? I have the problem since last week-end when the project was down. Thanks for your quick help because i have stopped crunching for Rosetta until the problem is solved because i don't want to crunch for nothing. Rejoignez nous sur http://www.grid-france.fr |

This should be posted in the number crunching thread. The word is to just let your boinc manager cycle a bunch of times with that error message and it will resort to looking for the the master file again which contains the new correct server address for the project. Hello every body. |

Moved to Number Crunching. ...see many other threads on the subject. Yes, the problem will take care of itself, or you can take steps to try and speed things along. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |

Yes i fixed the problem after i read the thread https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=4539 In fact, i updates 10 times and after that Boinc downloaded master file. Then my WU went validated. Many thanks for your help.
