Box1 (WIN VHB) now has no instances of rosetta running and Box3 (WIN XPH) has two instances running. Is this normal, resolve it self or I will have to do something? Box2's (Ubantu) broke.

If you are crunching other projects as well, this is normal. BOINC is trying to enforce the resource shares you have allocated to each project. Looks like perhaps your other project is climate prediction. Those extremely long running tasks often have estimated time to completion that runs all around. BOINC tries not to download more work than you can complete before the deadlines. So it will crunch climate for a while until the estimated runtime goes down, and then come back for more work from Rosetta.

You might want to review the details in this thread for more info. on how to determine if there might be any problem here.

Thank you.
I will let them run and leave to them to their own resources.
