Can't give you credit back. But sounds like a rather odd bug. Can you explain a little more about the other projects and how you handled this host? Are you observing the host's credit on each project's website? Or on a stats site? Do you use a BOINC account manager? Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |

... Can you explain a little more about the other projects and how you handled this host? I'll do my best with my eight years old school-english :-) Are you observing the host's credit on each project's website? Or on a stats site? Both, but mostly on boincstats.com Do you use a BOINC account manager? Yes, I use boincstats.com/bam as account manager, I thought I could save the old client-id with it. I got similar problems before as I switched another client from BOINC-ver. 5.10.45 to 6... After installing ver.:6.2.18 the client(s) got new ID's in every projects as they connecting the first time to them The first client I tried don't use an account manager so I think that have nothing to do with it, only that I had to add the projects manually. The only difference is that I don't lose the credit in the other projects after merging... But it doesn't matter :-) I think it is an exception so don't worry |
