Hi all,
i want to know what the red dots in the Graphics on the right side between the "accepted Energy" and "rmsd" mean,
like the one you can see here:
http://yourscicom.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/03/rosettascreenshot.png
and I'd also like to know what the unit of the "Accepted Energy" is.

Thank you very much!

Greetings
Jakob

The red dots are the last best known plots by your system in previous models of that particular fragment.

For accepted energy read this thread: http://www.boinc.bakerlab.org/forum_thread.php?id=3578
this is in the science board
