Hi all, i want to know what the red dots in the Graphics on the right side between the "accepted Energy" and "rmsd" mean, like the one you can see here: http://yourscicom.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/03/rosettascreenshot.png and I'd also like to know what the unit of the "Accepted Energy" is. Thank you very much! Greetings Jakob |

The red dots are the last best known plots by your system in previous models of that particular fragment. For accepted energy read this thread: http://www.boinc.bakerlab.org/forum_thread.php?id=3578 this is in the science board Hi all, |
