When I first signed up here, I assumed that boinc would be your average braindead software, so I made one account for each of my computers. Is there a way to merge those accounts into one? |

If you used different emails for each account, then NO. Nemesis n. A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. |

You can merge old computers into one account, but you can't merge accounts. the computers under your account that you've posted with are here if it helps: https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/hosts_user.php?userid=200013 |

My question is related to this thread with regard to different emails. I changed my email address lately on all of my boinc projects and really stepped into it big with my boincstats -- it killed my host stats and now I have three CPIDs who have not lined up yet into one CPID. It's been close to a week. How long will it take for my CPIDs to line up so my stats will get back on track? Or do I need to do something? Also, how do I get back my totals for my old hosts? They are waiting to be donated. I could hook them up for a while longer, but it would be a hassle. (Click for detailed stats) |

Do you have a common project that runs across all machines? For instance, if you have 2 machines running SETI/Rosetta, and 2 machines running Einstein/MalariaControl, you would end up with two different CPIDs. You either need to have one machine running all projects, or one project common to all machines. As for old hosts, they can be deleted with out effecting your credits. It just that adding up the remaining hosts will give you a total less then the projects total. |
