Lastest top prediction is from:
Nov. 7, 2006 - CASP7 target T0354

Why do not have new predictions for 5 mounts?

Some Active Work Units have 3000000 predictions.
How long we will calculate predictions?

yeah - CASP was a protein determination competition that the Bakerlab participated in, using Rosetta, but it finished some time ago. None of the work currently being done is related to CASP AFAIK.

I believe they are looking at the charts of their predictions as compared to everyone else. You can access these from your Participant page, then click "Reports and plots of results from active work units".

uNion, if you view the list of reports and then click on the last column heading, it will sort the list by date. I know it was updated in the past two weeks, because someone else was asking about it.

You also asked how many predictions are required, or when it is finished. The answer to that is that it depends upon what is being studied. If major changes were made in an area of Rosetta, then they like to run more tests. If they are studying a large protein, then more models are typically required to a good prediction. Or, if they are targetting a specific disease, they send out as many as it takes.
