I am confused by the new RNA WU’s. I’ve run several of them now and they seem to generate only one model before declaring themselves finished (100%). On my faster machine this takes only about 35 minutes. Also it displays “Initiating” in the stage graphic the entire time that the WU is running. My preferences are set to run each WU for six hours so there is plenty of time to run additional models. Is there something in the WU that limits it to only one model per machine?
