I recently started an account, and then started a team, and then changed my name to something other than the name of the team, and now whenever I click on 'Your Account' from BOINC, it takes me to the wrong broken account information page that has information from when I first made the account. When I click on 'Participants' all my account information shows up correctly, so there is nothing to change... what is wrong? At the top of the page is just says 'Your Account <blank>' instead of 'Your Account Dev' for example... You can also click on my name to the left of this post and see that DEV isn't displayed as my username... |

Actually, when clicking the link on your post, it says "Account data for DEV". It sounds like perhaps you've got two accounts now, and the client isn't attached under the one you'd prefer. If you find other clues that this may be the case, you can mark R@H for "no new work" in the projects tab of BOINC manager, then work through all of your WUs, get then all reported and off the work list. Then detach from Rosetta and attach again with the EMail address you'd prefer to crunch under. It looks like the server just needed to update. When I opened my BOINC just now and clicked on my 'Your Account' it gives me more correct information. |
