Today, I am not able to retrieve account information from the show_user.php API. I had been able to do this every time I tried for the last month or more. Is something wrong at the server.

I use this url (substituting my real key)
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/show_user.php?format=xml&auth=mYmAsTeRkEy

And get a response like this

A similar error happens if you visit https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/hosts_user.php?userid=2097619


It looks like a process on the server is running out of memory.

Can somebody fix this, or does anybody know a workaround?

I see the same error, but only on your account. The page itself seems to work for other users. I've asked admin to take a look.
