Hello all,

I have used my OnePlus 5T running Snapdragon 845 with 8 cores for Rosetta@home via BOINC client for Android.
Despite multiple completed workunits, the device has never appeared in my Rosetta profile https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/hosts_user.php and no any results in https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/results.php?userid=2022384&offset=0&show_names=0&state=0&appid=7 (Android tasks).

The account was correctly typed in, the device was visible in my profile page of World Community Grid, but not here.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?

This has been solved today by the following steps:
1. Removing BOINC client from the phone with all data
2. Reinstalling BOINC from Google Play
3. Reattaching Rosetta@Home using the following data
Email: <valid email, the same as for other computers>
Name: <the same email>
Password: <valid password>
4. Got 10 tasks, 4 of them started automatically
5. The device immediately apperead in the Device List

It looks like step #3 Name value was the key: if it is NOT your email, the association may be not working correctly
