Now when I run Rosetta my fans start to run faster, I do not have this problem with WCG for example, a solution? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Rosetta is very cpu-intensive app.
You can reduce, for example, the number of cores dedicated to Rosetta.
Or buy a non-stock cpu fan, like Arctic or others vendor

I was guessing that he's getting GPU tasks from Rosetta, since WCG doesn't currently have any GPU apps.

Rosetta has never had work for gpu (and most likely will never have)

Derp, too many projects to keep track of. Disregard.

Some BOINC projects will use more resources on your computer than others. If the fan is kicking in and it's too noisy then you need to reduce the work being done, but not necessarily by much.

As mentioned already, you can limit BOINC to run on fewer cores, or upgrade the fan. First thing to do is make sure the fan/heatsink is clean though.

Then you could reduce BOINC to run on, say 10 cores instead of 12.

Or you could try tthrottle - I use that on any laptops that I run BOINC on to limit BOINC activity by cpu temperature.
