Does anyone here know how to contact the rosetta@home webmaster? Email address or something?

I am one of the members of the translation team of EQUN.com, the biggest distributed computing information website in Chinese. We have translated most of the Rosetta@home website into Chinese. We hope that the webmaster here can add an link on boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta

We are all volunteer translators and have successfully translated many distributed computing websites, and most of them are linked by the English sites.

the best i can do for you is a listing of all the scientists at baker lab
(click members on the left menu)

i personally would try either Dr. Baker himself or Keith Laidig listed as the IT guy.

hopefully your translation will bring more people to the rosetta project
