Looking at that host, the "short" WUs just a bit before the long one _could_ have lowered your DCF, which would cause the "maximum time allowed" to be a bit lower.

I wouldn't worry about it yet, I can't say you _will_ get credit for it, but I'm kind of hoping the project staff is "lazy" on writing the credit-grant routine for the errors, in which case this one would possibly fall into the range.
