At a guess (only a guess in the absence of admin messages regarding this today), they had a problem with some of their network infrastructure and may have rerouted things resulting in a different IP address for the servers -- and causing a bit of DNS confusion. If this supposition is correct and it is a permanent change, it will resolve by itself in a day or so. Alternatively, once the goodly admin folks see that things are amiss in terms of upload/download/reporting -- they will not only figure things out, but post some enlightening disquisition regarding the issue.
