Recently rosetta@home tasks began to give me "Compute error". Probably it is somehow connected with recent rosetta@home application updates. Now I have no other choice but to abort the incoming tasks. |

I am part of the boinc alpha test, and can say that 7.0.15 had compute errors, 7.0.18 has resolved it for me so far. That being said, If you are not a part of the alpha testing you should not be using it .. switch to a public release OR become part of the alpha testing team. Recently rosetta@home tasks began to give me "Compute error". |

I cannot drop the development version - because only development version has support for Mac GPU computing, and my GPU (AMD HD6750M 1GB OpenCL) computes 2.5x more points than CPU ! If I will drop the development version, my BOINC performance will suffer a lot. |

I guess it would be better if I will just wait for the fix (I cannot sacrifice that much performance) While waiting, my CPU will process World Community Grid - a lot of good projects, such as "Computing for Clean Water"! |
