Waiting for memory error

The Clue isin front of you Send message Joined: 5 Nov 05 Posts: 1 Credit: 194,796 RAC: 0	Message 63034 - Posted: 24 Aug 2009, 21:56:29 UTC I have a few machines running rosetta and each of them are getting this error (Waiting for memory) when I checked in messages heres what I found: 8/24/2009 4:47:35 PM rosetta@home Restarting task lr8_A_seq_score12_ss2.5_rlbd_1a8o_IGNORE_THE_REST_DECOY_14618_1579_0 using minirosetta version 191 What is this and can I solve it or do I have to go to another project. Thanks The Clue: This sounds like your BOINC preferences is limiting the amout of memerory. In your BOINC computeing preferences, there are two options related to memory. One for when computer is in use, other for when computer is not in use. They specify how much RAM to use, in percentage. This percentage times your computers total RAM needs to be at least 300MB.
