For a while I have not been able to do any work for rosetta@home. I keep getting a "communication deferred" under the status column. Is the server down or do I have a problem with my computer. I divide my cpu 50%/50% with seti at home and it is running ok. |

Mod.Sense wrote: The uploads all go to the same server as the scheduler requests. And the scheduler is being driven hard right now due to some problems that are causing the issued tasks to immediately fail. These all then report back and the host needs more work, and the cycle continues. Your completed task will continue to retry uploading periodically, and will go through when things settle down again. No change required on your part, unless your machine has no other project to work on during this period and you wish to keep it busy. If that is the case I would suggest attaching to a second project of your choice as well. There is a list of them here The servers are active, just too busy to keep up right now. The Project Team is aware of the problem. |

I'm having somewhat similar problems - problems uploading the results of my last few workunits. On another thread, I just saw that they're having problems getting the minirosetta 1.86 program onto the server, so they're unlikely to be able to send any 1.86 workunits for a while. To me, this sounds like server problems. |

I've recently managed to upload all my work units and am in the process of downloading one new unit. |
