my computer only connects to the net every 5 days, how can i fetch enough WU's to last me that long? it does 3 hours per WU (running two at once). I've say "connects to internet every: 0" and the option below that i've set to 5days but I can't get it to send me more than 2 WUs at once

put connect to internet every 5 days...

and "keep enough work for: X days"

it's all in your preferences in your account settings.

Beyond what Chilean said it also depends on the other projects you run, if you run multiple projects Boinc has trouble with its scheduler when people are not on line all the time. You say you want 5 days of work from Einstein but Boinc thinks project X will take 5 hours per work unit when it really only takes 1.5 and Boinc will not download 5 full days of work. Play with the numbers until you get what you want keeping in mind each projects deadlines. This may be an ongoing scheduling thing for you, raising it one time and then lowering it the next.
