It seems that the Rosetta client runs more effectively compared to the windows client on Mac OS X than just about any other project (still a tad slower than windows, sad to say windoze for all its flaws almost always runs binarys faster than any other OS mostly due to much larger resources being devoted to compiler tuning). It seems there is an even bigger penalty for running on Linux than Mac OS (far too lazy to benchmark though). I could be wrong but for all those Macheads out there Rosetta@home won't disappoint.
