trouble getting new work units

I get messages like this... rosetta@home Sun Aug 17 12:20:39... Sending Scheduler request: Requested by user. Requesting 345607 seconds of work, reporting 0 completed tasks.... then another entry that says "got 0 new tasks". This has been happening since 5am this morning, according to the logs. It looks to be something broader than just R@H. I tried attaching to other projects, and it's happening with other projects as well, so I suspect something with Boinc itself possibly.
