why the last 5% is so slow?The last 5% of a task is much slower than other part,why?

Time to completion is an estimate. With the 3hr default target runtime (see your Rosetta Preferences) the estimate starts around 3hrs, assuming that's how long your last task took to complete. But the task is not complete until a model is finished. There isn't any very accurate way to predict when the current model will be completed. So, when you hit tasks with very long runtimes per model, you will see more variation between the actual runtimes and your 3hr target runtime.
