I have a server that is currently not in use, which I have BOINC and a couple of projects running on. (Rosetta and QMC). Currently, it is running Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise (32 bit) with SP2. Would I gain anything by going with 64 bit Windows in regards to crunching Rosetta? I don't think the client is made for 64 bit correct?

Also, the server is running 8 GB of RAM, so that is why it is currently running Enterprise in 32 bit, since the app that was on it didn't do 64 bit.

Thanks,

J.G.

You wouldn't loose anything if you went 64bit BOINC, Rosetta would still run fine.

Though you wouldn't gain anything for Rosetta either.
