heat oil to about 125C first and precook the friten for 5 minutes or so.
take out of oil and let sit and cool off. Heat oil to 175C and cook friten for 5 more minutes until crispy. For tiger and penguin cube sticks, heat a separate pot of oil to 165C and cook until slightly crisp. Add seasoning as your taste allows. Now you have fries and meat.

no, sorry to say I haven't, but if you would put some on dry ice and send it here i would be glad to try it. looking at a recepie of it, wine and rum amongst other things...hmm...sounds almost like it will bite your tongue a bit and remind your throat about the meaning of life.
