Is it interesting how often requests fail because "too many uploads in progress"? AFAIK there aren't any issues with the upload server. There are issues with the download servers. There are issues with the Assimilators. There are issues with the feeders. There are issues withe their network configuration relating to IPv6. But i'm not aware of any upload server issues.
