oh sorry, thanks for the information, so I was mistaken.
So, the file from this link https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=14008&postid=97032#97032 should be used, this definitely works.

I did remove the lines.

I am using Linux Mint.

Nothing happened when restart BOINC.

This also strange that no communication warns me through e-mail that something goes wrong. I have tasks completed, waiting to be uploaded. Today all the tasks will be behind their deadline.

I am not a genius and don't have the time to troubleshoot. What I can see is that my average work done on rosetta is still calculated in real time ... going down ...

I gave it more time this evening and found the right file to Download.

It works under Linux Mint too.
