Good day everyone, I would like to run Rosetta@home applications on native Elbrus platform (it's a Russian VLIW-type general purpose CPU) running Linux, as I do with RakeSearch, Einstein@home, and Milkyway@home projects. So I'm trying to investigate how to do it now for Rosetta@home. This may be possible through BOINC's anonymous platform mechanism: build a binary, get app_info.xml, attach to project and put these files into a project directory. Am I correct that I should get an Academic License here, and then download and build minirosetta application? Is there any pitfalls on getting and building it? (e.g. does it contain needed app_info.xml, and is the released version of minirosetta actually updated for current BOINC tasks)? Thanks in advance. |
