other team member not showing as a member

He dl-ded BOINC, joined over that link, but took only Protein predictor tasks. His application works fine and communicates with Predictor, but He does not appear to be a member on Rosetta, my team shows only myself as an active member - with credit. While trying to do sthg about that I created team with the same name on Predictor, sent my friend link I got there, he tried to apply, but got the message that he is already a member.
