This may not be the right forum, but I could not find any other place to ask. I have been running the Boinc Manager software on two of my systems for quite some time now and have enjoyed working on these projects and being a member of the Knights who say Ni. This morning when I got in the office my 80 GB hard drive, which normally has about 68 GB free, was full-to-the-bustin! Upon doing a little research I found a single file called "STDERR.TXT" in the slots/0 sub-directory of the Boinc program directory that was 68 GB in size. I have since deleated this file and all seems to be well for now, but, I would still like to know what in the name of "Ni" is that file and why is it so big? Thank you! |
